Worth knowing before you write in

  • Order changes or corrections Send your order number. If we haven't started modeling yet, we can usually make changes at no cost.
  • A race you're not sure we can do Send the race name and year. Nearly every race is something we can find and model from public data, and if we need anything else from you we'll ask.
  • Something arrived damaged Send your order number and a photo, and we'll get a replacement into production.
