Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Cost

Shipping is free on every order. All orders ship via USPS ground, tracked and insured.

Production time

Each display is made to order, so there is a production step before your order ships. Most orders ship in about 5-7 days from the time your race details are confirmed.

If you ordered without race details, production begins once those details are submitted. There is no deadline to submit them, so take your time.

If anything comes up that would hold your order longer than expected, we will email you rather than leave you wondering.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Lost or damaged in transit

All orders are insured. If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, email support@tanso-works.com with your order number and we will make it right with a replacement.

Addresses

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to correct it, email us as soon as possible and we will update it if the order has not shipped.
